Lanes
Each request names an origin, a destination, and a shipment count. The temperature window, handover rule, or standing schedule is written on that quote. Nothing on this page is a live map or a sensor feed.
Alta gama
High-value custody with a confirmed handover. The quote states the chain of custody for that job.

Medical and temperature-sensitive cargo. The quote states the temperature window, typically 2–8 °C.
Privé
Private door-to-door for documents, art, and other cargo that needs a named receiver.
Hub intake
Recurring origin, a standing window, and a count of shipments. One quote covers that intake.
Custom lane
A route, handling rule, or schedule that is not one of the lanes above. Describe it on the quote.
